Mark as Useful This appears to be a phising scam. I know that I have no collection accounts and have an excellent credit score. These people would lead me to believe that unless I give them my personal information that they are going to take me to court because of bad depts. I guess this scam might work on people that have bad debts, but since all of mine are current and everything is paid on time I know that this is a lie. These kind of people should be locked up.
